Bureau Services for the Production, Issuance and Distribution of ITSO Customer Media

Tender description

Merseytravel requires a managed bureau service to encode, produce and distribute approximately 145,000 ITSO smartcard concessionary travel passes annually, for a 4-year period (with an optional 2 year extension) commencing in June 2019. Required services include • Encoding, producing and distributing ITSO customer media devices; • A flexible agreement for the supply of ITSO certified blank white DESFire cards; • Secure data transfer in compliance with GDPR 2018 and Data Protection Law; • Printing and distribution of personalised covering letters and information leaflets; and • Stock management and control of all components of the contract including card media including issuing of ISRN numbers.
