St Canice’s is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin. Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: • 9 x Mainstream Classrooms 80 m2 each (to replace 6 Prefabs) • Additional Toilets 19 m2 Giving a floor area incl circulation, staircases, lift and internal walls of: 1076 m2 Also: Demolition of Existing 6 Prefabs 480 m2
