Support to the establishment of a Major Programmes Portfolio Office

Tender description

Development of a plan for the establishment of a portfolio approach to delivering Major Programmes, and in parallel a project plan for the operations of the MPO, for the next three months in detail, and the next 12 months in outline • Design of ways of working for the MPO team and the development of roles and responsibilities • Establishing a common language for programme management across the Trust, including where appropriate consistency of documentation • Development of a framework for a capacity & capability review of programme, project and change management across the Trust - required to support future prioritisation decisions • Creation of a dynamic approach to reporting at the Transformation & Major Programmes Executive, that is fit for purpose in a video conference setting, that encourages engagement and enables debate
