a centralised admissions section has been set up in October 2017. This phase of the project is to implement a CRM based recruitment management solution to assist in streamlining the admissions business processes, specifically the non-MaSN application process. Provision of CRM based recruitment professional services via direct award from the Crown Commerical Services — RM1577.12 G —Cloud framework. An initial 1-year contract with the potential for the University, acting at its discretion, to extend up to a total further period of 24 months.
