The purpose of this notice is to identify developer/contractor with housing development land or refurbishment opportunities, within Aberdeen City Council geographical area and thereafter, if selected, concluding a land sale to the Council, conditional on entering in to a design and build contract for the construction of Council housing. All parties should be aware that the conclusion of the land sale and the Design & Build Contract will be solely at the decision of the Council.
