THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE - NOT AND ADVERT Social Care Wales wants to commission a supplier to carry out a full systematic review of our fitness to practise processes from referral to hearings. This will identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and transparency of our fitness to practise activity and in doing so provide public assurance. As part of this review we want to focus on: - Triaging of referrals - Use and design of risk assessment as part of case management - The use of CARREG (in-house case system) as a tool for case management and reporting - The process of case conference and case examination - Auditing casework and stages of cases - Our compliance with legal requirements Please download the specification for further information.
