Provision of Payroll Training Services

Tender description

The National Shares Services Office (NSSO) are seeking to engage a company for the provision of payroll training services. The course should be suitable for delegates who are new to payroll or while being part of a payroll area, who now need a structured but practical approach. The course is required to be delivered virtually, and fully delivered over a maximum of 9 months from the date of commencement (Q1 2021). The course should provide participants with a structured plan and study guide. Participants are expected to sit the certification exam at the end of this course. The certificate course should provide participants with a thorough understanding of the operation of payroll and the PAYE system in Ireland, including a high level insight into overarching statutory/legislative environment. A bespoke module in relation to the operation of payroll within the Civil Service is also required and module content will be provided to the course provider by the NSSO. This bespoke module will not form part of the accreditation or part of the exam content. The contract will cover any payroll training or bespoke training requirements the NSSO may have over a two year period, with an option to extend by a further 12 months.
