The requirement is for the provision of a Fire Compartmentation Service, to include the phased remedial works to fire walls and partitions throughout the hospital areas, making good fire compartment walls and doors, as well as modifications to internal walls/finishes and services penetrations predominantly above suspended ceilings, with new fire wraps, boards, collars, dampers and sealant to reinstate their fire integrity.
