Office 365 email migration best practice training

Why the Work is Being Done Migration of email to Microsoft cloud server underway. We need training for our staff (provided virtually, with a demonstration session for digital team) to show them best practice in migrating their inboxes, adopting the new cloud-based system, and ongoing support in this. We seek a number of drop-in sessions for staff. This is a short term requirement (Jan21-Mar21). Problem to Be Solved Email server being migrated; staff need training in best practice for this. Who Are the Users As a DWP staff member, I need to migrate my email to the new server efficiently, so that I can continue to serve UK Citizens without losing important items, or other glitches owing to server migration. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done The migration service itself is underway; we solely seek training for our staff on the adoption process. Existing Team External supplier currently undertaking email server migration; you will be working with DWP staff (who are not necessarily technical experts, it is a wide range of users) to help them adopt best practice in migrating their emails. Current Phase Not applicable Work Location Virtually. Please provide a number of video/virtual training sessions for our staff. Working Arrangments This will be delivered entirely virtually, from January 21-March 21. You will provide a demonstration session, and then a series of drop in sessions (exact number to be confirmed).
