Expressions of interest are being sought from interested Applicants (Works Contractors) who wish to be shortlisted to tender for the construction of a new build Multi-purpose Community Centre circa 2,200sm, including associated site development works at Murroe Wood Park, Murroe, Co. Limerick. Full details on the project scope are set out in the Project Information Memorandum. Interested Applicants who wish to express an interest to be shortlisted to tender are requested to complete and return the enclosed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire.
