Lettings Officer X6 Rate of Pay: Band E (£12.95 per hour) Hours: 37 Hours per week Location: Based at Operations and Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury, B69 3ES Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Following the implementation of a revised Housing Allocations Policy in July 2020, the Housing Solutions Team are currently reviewing its Housing Register against the new criteria contained within the Policy. You will support the Housing Solutions Team in the administration of this review particularly relating to applicants who already have an urgent medical priority. You will also be responsible for processing applications to join the Housing Register. The successful candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
