The North and Mid Wales Trunk road agent (NMWTRA) Tree Works Framework is a framework to procure tree felling and removal works through 'call off' Works Orders on the following: Trunk Road Network — Dual and Single Carriageways County Areas. Qualification (SQuID) Technical and Commercial assessment will be undertaken. Weighting 70 % Technical / 30 % Commercial ‘Call off’ Works Orders with both direct award and mini competition procurement routes.
