Footpath to Mold Cemetery, together with the access and ancillary works

Tender description

Mold Town Council is the level of local authority nearest to the Community and within its portfolio of services to the public, it owns and runs the local cemetery within the town. Mold Town Council have a requirement for a qualified and experienced contractor to deliver the contract for the improvement and replacement of the lower entrance footpath to Mold Cemetery, together with the access and ancillary works. The works briefly comprise of the skim-off of the existing surface and reinstatement with resin boded tarmacadam, kerb edgings, grey setts around trees and refurbish entrance and new gate. As a value added item we would appreciate an additional estimate for providing a new access to the adjoining field from the road. Subject to highways and planning dept.’s approval.
