The Emergency Services Mobile Communication Programme (ESMCP) is conducting a market engagement activity into 3GPP-compliant "dispatcher solutions" and their potential use by the Emergency Services Network (ESN) user community. In this context a "dispatcher solution" is a technical solution that integrates with ESN and supports users with a dispatch role - i.e. coordinating the movement of operational personnel and vehicles. ESMCP is releasing a Request for Information which seeks to identify and understand the solutions available in the market to inform the Programme's strategy in this area, which may or may not include future procurement / contracting activity.
