Legionella preventative monitoring and maintenance contract to mainly residential occupied properties, some sheltered developments and office premises. Ng homes is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out legionella risk assessments and reactive maintenance in accordance with: The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, Approved code of Practice and Guidance L8 (Fourth Edition 2013) Technical Handbook HSG274 Part 2&3 BS8580:2010 The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004. A specification of the works is contained within the draft Invitation to Tender which has been downloaded to this portal.
