The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to procure a single provider contract for the provision of professional engineering services to meet the ordinary requirements of a local authority for traffic and transportation, transport and development planning, environmental enhancements (public realm) and sustainability, highways management and design and consultancy advice and support. Specific activities may include, but are not limited to the following: — accident and other studies — highways management — traffic management — road safety engineering and audit — parking design — traffic order making — highways engineering — asset management — transport planning — urban design/public realm — technical administration — CDM coordination — communication and consultation strategies — events management — sustainable transport systems — project management — site/contractor supervision — landscape design.
