SYFR are conducting early engagement with the supply market for the following requirement. Control Room Software Optimise risk/incident cover from available resources Coordinate resources during major incidents Make forward planning decisions for overtime/detachments and distribution of staff and resources for resourcing to risk Review historical fire cover The software will: Optimise deployment of available resources (fire appliances and staff) to minimise the risk, severity and response time to incidents Enable staff at all levels to access a continuous live map of risk Create an incidents and resource profile, actively displaying the areas where risk has increased or decreased due to our resource coverage and its resulting impact on the area in which it is located. Please note that the organisation is looking for OFF THE SHELF options only which may already be utilised by other FRA's or emergency services. SYFR is not seeking to have software developed for them for this purpose and is unable to respond to suppliers who are proposing so.
