Tender description

Defence Business Service (DBS) part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) requires the provision of an Advisory Partner for a period of up to four (4) months, to develop the outputs needed to inform a Full Business Case for implementing Oracle Human Capital Management (OHCM) Global Payroll (GP), currently within DBS's OHCM MyHR subscription. The Authority also requires the Advisory Partner to conduct a full market assessment and product review of Cloud or Cloud based Expenses solution and develop the outputs to inform a Full Business Case for implementation of the preferred Expenses solution.
