Cyber Security e-learning cloud based platform that educates and evaluates staff on cyber awareness

Tender description

Galway City Council require a Cyber Security e-learning cloud based platform that educates and evaluates staff on cyber awareness and running phishing simulation attacks. The platform is required to provide video and course content covering security fundamentals and phishing simulation. Galway City Council require control over the system to administer and configure the training to suit our own requirements. There are up to 360 staff who will require access to the solution. Additional staff may be required to be on-boarded to the system. The solution will be required to have unlimited access to the number of awareness sessions or training sessions that a staff member can participate in. Galway City Council require a cloud based solution that is hosted in the EEA, for the lifetime of the tender. Tenderers response must include Data Security Compliance information e.g. ISO 27001 or comparable.
