Tender description
This voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is being published to alert economic operators of the authority's intention to modify a contract in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is intended that the modification will increase the current contract value by GBP 1 500 000. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract and does not exceed 50 % of the value of the original contract. The Council undertook a further competition under lot 1 technology hardware under framework RM3733 technology products 2, and awarded a contract to XMA Ltd for Technology Hardware for the period 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2022 up to a maximum contract value of GBP 3 000 000. It is intended that the modification will increase the current contract value by GBP 1 500 000 to a maximum contract value of GBP 4 500 000. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract and does not exceed 50 % of the value of the original contract.
