Blaby District Council Garden Waste Subscription Stickers

Tender description

A print, pack and post service, on demand, of Green Waste subscription stickers to Council residents subscribing to the Council's Garden Waste scheme to affix to their green waste bins to verify that their subscription is in place prior to collection by the Council's waste operatives. Currently, there are 25,000 subscribers. Peak demand for the service is between January and March each year. During this period. bidders must be able to provide stickers to subscribers for two subscription years simultaneously, the current subscription year and the following subscription year. For the purpose of the tender, bidder's are required to provide their price for the specified service for year one of the contract based on 25,000 subscribers.
