Tender description

Kirklees Council to appoint an architectural consultant/partner to work alongside the Housing Growth team to develop a pipeline of new council housing sites from inception to post construction review. On occasion, the successful Tenderer may also be utilised for other sites stated with the Council’s Local Plan, although this scope is not guaranteed. This will be in line with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) standards. All suppliers that have been invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement Hub's Consultants DPS contract notice to the Official Journal of the European Union (‘OJEU’) reference number 2019/S 130-319565.
