Tender description
ABP require the services of a consultant to develop a recently completed feasibility study into a completed concept design, ready for a design and build tender at the Port of Lowestoft. The concept design is to be produced in line with the requirements of the selected preferred option and ABPs functional requirements. The ‘output’ of this stage is the concept design including but not limited to the outline structural and building services design, associated project strategies, preliminary cost information and final design basis statement.
