Anchor Hanover - Agency Staff (Care Homes)

Tender description

Anchor Hanover are looking for an outsourced partner to provide temporary Agency Staff across all of its 126 Care Home Locations as required, through either a Neutral Vendor or Master Vendor model. Anchor Hanover ideally would like one outsourced partner for both Care & Catering roles, however, we would consider having a different provider for both (one for care roles and one for catering roles)) who can provide a Neutral Vendor or Master Vendor model. If you can supply at a regional or local level then please feel free to contact your preferred Neutral Vendor or Managed Vendor provider to be considered as a panel agency (if you are not already on it). The ITT will be run in two lots - 1. HealthCare roles & 2. Catering roles Roles that are to be required:- Lot 1:- HealthCare Assistant/NVQ2 Team Leader Housekeeper RGN/RMN Lot 2:- Chef Manager/Assistants Catering Assistant The estimated contract duration is for an initial 3 year term, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
