The services that are applicable to this re-tender are: Supported Lodgings Service (Block Contracts) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for young people aged 16-21 (up to 25 if eligible) who are either Children Looked After or Care Leavers and for Young People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless aged 16-25.
