The Carlow Creatives Business Development Programme Carlow County Council as part of its capacity development programmes is seeking proposals from suitably qualified providers to provide the “Carlow Creatives – Business Development Programme”. The project will be run by the Local Enterprise Office in partnership with the Arts Office & Visual. As part of its programme schedule for 2020 it is envisaged the programme will be launched in November 2020 with the initial sessions taking place in December 2020/January 2021. The following is the vision for the programme: The aim of the programme is to provide business training and support to ten creative business owners to help them develop their business and bring them from zero to online sales in 6 months. The programme will assist the clients to develop or enhance their online platforms.
