Who Speclialist Work With The deployment team will work in collaboration with the exsisting internal resources already aligned to this project: - Delivery manager - Lead EUC specialist - Cloud Engineer specialist - 2nd and 3rd line support teams What Specialists Work On The Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport is looking for an experienced deployment team to help support the department deliver its ambitious IT Transformation programme in 2020. The programme broadly looks to renew exsisting infrastructure, devices and services, across a user base of c.2000. Where the Work Takes Place Remote working Early Market Engagement None Working Arrangements Due to current working practices this requirement is remote based. You will need to scope a suitably sized team to deliver upto 2000 deployment sessions by the 30th October 2020. Proposals should incorprate a percentage of risk with the possibility that not all deployments will be completed in this timeframe. All resources must have a minimum of BPSS security clearance in place. DCMS IT equipment will not be provided through this engagement, all deployment specialists aligned to delivery must have access to a GSuite account to enable remote deployment sessions through Hangouts Meet & Chat Work Location Remote working Security Clearance BPSS or DBS Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Demonstable experience delivering Deployments Experience deploying Windows 10 Devices Experience deploying MacOS devices Excellent customer engagement experience and communication skills Demonstable experience delivering projects to time and budget Nice to Haves Knowledge of DCMS portfolio Knowledge of Windows auto-pilot Knowledge of Apple DEP Evidence of delivering at scale No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers be transparent and collaborative when making decisions have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes take responsibility for their work share knowledge and experience with other team members Feedback Challenge the status quo can work wiyth clients with low technical expertise Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 40% Cultural fit 20% Price 40% Questions from Suppliers Budget range please provide a blended day rate for your intended team and proposal cost for completeing the delivery and implementation. the contract value will be capped time & materials.
