This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply and Delivery of Education Materials. It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered under the framework may include but not be limited to: General Education Materials; Arts and crafts materials; Board, Card, Paper and Exercise books; Bespoke homework diaries; Early Learning Materials; Scientific equipment; Sports equipment; and Musical instruments. The lotting structure is expected to permit Scottish councils, Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies to purchase education materials.Nonetheless, please note that the exact procurement process to be adopted and its layout have yet to be determined and may change from those stated in this notice. Lot 1: General Education Materials The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of general education materials. Lot 2: Arts and Crafts Materials The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of arts and crafts materials. Lot 3: Board, Card, Paper and Exercise Books The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Board, Card, Paper and Exercise Books. Lot 4: Early Learning Materials The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Early Learning Materials. Lot 5: Bespoke Homework Diaries The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Bespoke Homework Diaries. Lot 6: Musical Instruments The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Musical Instruments. Lot 7: Sports Equipment The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Sports Equipment. Lot 8: Scientific Equipment The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Scientific Equipment.
