Tender description

Peterborough City Council’s (PCC) has a requirement for a Dementia Resource Centre (DRC) for the residents of Peterborough. The service will provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ providing information, advice and guidance relating to and support for Dementia, for Peterborough residents and for professionals working with those living with dementia and their carers. The procurement is being run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for ‘Social and Other Specific Services’, otherwise referred to as Light Touch Regime Services. Initial contract period will be 2 (two) years with option to extend by a maximum of 2 (two) years in 1 (one) year increments.
