Tender description
Durham County Councils Children and Young Peoples Commissioners would like to speak with Organisations who deliver a range of social care services/ out of school activities for children and young people with disabilities aged 5-25. The existing framework arrangements in place to deliver services to vulnerable children and young people with disabilities to allow parent/ carers short break respite is currently unable to meet the needs of families in County Durham. Commissioners would like to work with Organisations who are able to provide a responsive service to vulnerable children and young people with disabilities that will enable short break respite for parent/ carers. These services must have the relevant experience and be able to deliver safely within the changing guidelines of Covid-19.
