The properties include 20 Bungalows and 1 single storey communal lounge, which serves the retirement housing scheme. The properties are all located in Trostrey, Hollybush, Cwmbran. The bungalows are connected together by a front covered walkway. The scheme also has shared communal areas, which include a communal lounge and kitchen. The scheme is classed as retirement housing, was built in the nineteen seventies is of a traditional construction type. The residents of all the properties consist solely of Bron Afon tenants.
