RFT to establish a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of an Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Software as a Service (SaaS)

Tender description

The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (“OGCIO”) with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) to establish a single-supplier framework agreement for use by Framework Clients for the provision of an Enterprise Project Portfolio Software Solution delivered as a Service (SaaS). The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is the contracting authority . References to the Contracting Authority shall be deemed to include the OGCIO. (The Contracting Authority invites tenders from economic operators for the award of a single supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary the Services comprise: * An Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Software as a Service (SaaS); * Deployment of the EPPM SaaS to Framework Clients as required; * Training Services for end users of the EPPM SaaS; * Pre Sales Services including an assessment of Framework Client deployment requirements and associated costs of such deployment; * Support Services associated with the EPPM SaaS. Further detail with regard to the requirements of the EPPM SaaS and the Services are set out in Annex 1 of this RFT.
