Review of the Moray LEADER Local Development Strategy, 2014-2020

Tender description

To undertake a review of the Moray LEADER Local Development Strategy 2014-2020, including establishing the extent to which the Strategy has addressed the changing needs and demands of the local community and small and micro enterprises in Moray. All quotations should include the following: - A breakdown of all costs on a fixed price basis, including individual members of staff and their hourly rate, travel and subsistence - CVs of the staff involved in the evaluation - An explanation of the monitoring and evaluation methodology and approach - Previous experience of work in this field. Two previous relevant examples of works carried out similar to this specification - An indication of the level of expertise within the company in relation to Community Led Local Development, European(CLLD) funding and European Union Regulations - A copy of the professional indemnity insurance certificate and details of professional accreditations & memberships - A workplan, timetable and expected timescales, taking account of the intended completion date. All Suppliers submitting quotations should be confident of, and be able to demonstrate, their ability to work to the timescales required to fulfil the elements of the specification Quotations will also need to demonstrate clearly: - Understanding of our requirements - Previous experience of work in this field - Methodology and approach to how this will be delivered - An indicative implementation programme detailing anticipated milestones
