Tender description

The project involves the Building Works required to refurbish and make necessary alterations to the existing building at Kickham St., Thurles, Co. Tipperary involved in changing the use of the first floor from existing residential to office space. The works are to be undertaken to best practices and will involve internal works to the ceilings, linings, insulation works, ground floor alteration to improve accessibility, floor finishes, decoration works, associated mechanical and electrical works and demolitions and alterations to necessary to the existing layout. External works involve the demolition of the chimneys, new rear window and site alterations to the rear on the property. Some of the above works involve the management and removal of small quantities of asbestos / deleterious materials.
