This should be a lightweight service which supplements the activities of the existing IT team and works in a cost effective and collaborative manner to identify, manage and mitigate any associated risks. Associated mitigation plans should preferably be proactive and preventative rather than reactive in nature and cover all related tiers of the IDA IT/Business “stack”.
