Tender description

Birmingham City Council (the Council) wishes to invite potential suppliers to submit tenders for the supply of identity plates for Private hire and hackney carriages. The Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of: • a range of identity plates for both private hire vehicles and hackney carriages; • self-adhesive labels and semi-permanent door signs; • supply brackets direct to private hire vehicle owners. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier and will be restricted to Birmingham City Council. The proposed duration of the framework agreement will be for a term of 4 years (unless terminated under agreement provisions), commencing December 2019.
