However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The requirement of this Procurement is to procure a framework of HSEQ Assurance Professional Service provide to provide services to the various activities associated with the Operation and Maintenance at the above locations. This Framework consisting of 9 Lots is intended for use by the OPA within the seven named sites, others that may be advised during the course of the agreement as stated in the tender documents. The Framework contract term will operate for an initial two years with an option for the OPA to extend the agreement by up to an additional two years, entirely at the discretion of the OPA.
