work to carry out to advise LB Waltham Forest in seeking to influence DfT/HMT decision making to secure capita funding for two key Borough transport infrastructure projects (Walthamstow Central and Leyton): i. Develop core messaging/narrative as basis for stakeholder engagement content focusing on clear statement of benefits, targeted for relevant audiences (e.g. civil servants) using source materials from LBWF ii. Stakeholder mapping to identify decision makers and influencers in Whitehall and Westminster with particular focus on lead civil servants and potential political supporters. (Estimated 10-20 targets max) With recommendations for appropriate engagement according to stakeholder type
