The following Services shall be provided: In order to support Kirklees Council in administering the delivery obligations placed on the developers in delivering the Soothill site in Batley, it is intended that a single firm will be procured to act as the Council’s Compliance Inspector, who will deliver the scope of services as follows; • Pre-Start on Site Meeting • Start on Site Monitoring Report • Quantity Surveyor • Monthly Monitoring Reports • Contract Management • Final Completion Certificate • Policing the Standing Stock Clause Each bullet point above is detailed further within the Instructions and Information tender document.
