Summary of the work We require an interim manager to lead the ongoing work of the Digital Analytics Team and the IT Services Team in harmony with the Deputy CIO during the absence of the incumbent personnel. What Specialists Work On Report preparation For Monthly Meetings / Management Assurance of All Planned IT And Digital Analytics Changes / Leadership Of ongoing BI Portal Launch / Delivery of Service Desk KPIs / Delivery Of Digital Analytics KPIs Skills & Experience • Able to deliver the Digital Analytics objectives in an efficient, effective and safe manner in pursuit of excellence in Health & Social care. • Able to support the delivery of the Digital Services objectives. • Experience of representing a department within a Senior Leadership team. • Able to manage the provision of accurate and timely information and performance advice to Directorates and Departments and to produce reports for the Trust Board. • Able to produce the monthly reports for the Trust Digital Board on the Digital Analytics Team performance and Digital Services performance. • Take responsibility for the co-ordination, compilation and timely submission of external data required for measuring and reporting on the Trust’s performance across a range of clinical and non–clinical areas • Able to represent the Trust’s Digital Analytics interests as required within the wider Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Social Care forums, whilst maintaining contact with regional and national opportunities. • Ensure the existence and implementation across the Trust of measures of effectively benchmarking Trust activity and performance against other health care providers to raise standards to be best in class. Work Location Warrington General Hospital, Lovely Lane, Warrington, WA5 1QG Working Arrangments Flexible mix of on-site days and Teams home working days to suit the two agendas.
