You are invited to submit a quote for the provision HPE or 3rd Party hardware maintenance on HPE Servers. The RFQ is split into 2 Lots. Suppliers are able to quote on a single lot or both lots. The award criteria will be based on cost. Lot 1 The Council is seeking 3rd Party hardware support and maintenance for the following; HP BL465c Gen8 6344 1P 16G Svr SN: CZJ5020BR5 HP BL465c Gen8 6344 1P 16G Svr SN: CZJ5160DGG The Council would like 1, 2 and 3 year prices for this 3rd party support. Lot 2 The Council is seeking 1, 2 and 3 year hardware support and maintenance prices for; o HPE Hardware Maintenance Onsite Support o HPE Software Technical Unlimited Support o HPE Collaborative Remote Support On the following servers; HPE DL360 Gen9 8SFF CTO Server SN: CZJ513084Z HPE DL360 Gen9 E5-2603v3 SAS EU Svr/TV SN: CZJ52504XT The Council would like to co-terminus the follow 2 servers to the Lot 2 contract. Please include prices for these if able, for the same HPE support as above; HP BL465c Gen8 6344 1P 16G Svr SN: CZJ5420T9R. Expires 29th October 2020 HP BL465c Gen8 6344 1P 16G Svr SN: CZJ5470030. Expires 18th December 2020 If HPE support is not available then The Council will accept quotes for 3rd party support on Lot 2. HPE support will take preference over 3rd party support.
