This notice is to invite relevant providers in the market to a consultation event which is expected to lead to a procurement opportunity on the open market shortly after. Dorset Council commissions a range of services for people (adults) living with learning disabilities and mental health issues and physical disabilities. The authority has decided to develop an ambitious procurement for a Dorset supported employment service for adults to access and maintain supported employment; supporting people to achieve economic well-being and social inclusion whilst maximising their potential as a citizen living in Dorset. To support the procurement planning process consultation is being sought with potential delivery organisations to explore challenges, opportunities and best practice and consider how we contract with a provider/s.
