Tender description
Provision of health and safety consultancy services to support Golding Homes as a key advisor across strategic and operational services. We wish to appoint a consultant who can support an evolving landscape/strategic vision as we move not only towards a more stringent governance regime, but also towards the internalisation of our repairs and maintenance service. The competent person should be integral to threading the absolute priority of health and safety through all aspects of the business, both now and in the future. This is envisaged to be a 3-year contract with the option to extend as per renewals set out below.
