Tender description

Assisting the Contracting Authority with on-going compliance with the implementation and maintenance of best practice GDPR logs, policies, procedures including but not limited to Subject Access Request (SAR), data breach policy and data processor agreements for all our Third - Party processors. To help identify Records of Processing Activities and in turn to manage Contacting Authority’s data protection risk register. The successful Tenderer will provide the Contracting Authority with a software solution to assist with GDPR compliance together with a number of functions (preferably providing automation where practicable). Functionality, automation, accessibility, navigation, and presentation are major objectives of the project as well as integration with appropriate systems.
