Framework Agreement for the Scaffolding (including Design, Erect and Dismantle)

The Scaffolding and Mobile Tower Access Framework ITT Ref RBKC 13514. Please register on Capital E Sourcing System if not already done so.. RBKC is seeking to appoint up to two (2) suitably experienced, qualified and competent Contractors to its scaffolding and mobile tower access framework. The successful bidders will support and collaborate with RBKC’s Repairs Maintenance and Voids Services Team in providing the Works across RBKC’s portfolio of ten thousand (10,000) properties. RBKC’s requirements for the Works are set out in the Specification Documents which have been uploaded to the Portal. The Works will be delivered across the Borough and there will be no restrictions on geographical locations. Both Contractors will be expected to work collaboratively with RBKC and help to achieve sustainable improvements in the way in which the Works are provided. The estimated annual budget for the scaffolding and mobile tower access framework is one hundred and twenty thousand pounds (£120,000). Please note that this figure is an estimate and may be subject to change. In accordance with the PCR 2015, scaffolding and mobile tower access framework will run for a maximum term of four (4) years. RBKC will enter into the Framework Agreement with both of the appointed Contractors. The Framework Agreement shall be based on the JCT Measured Term Contract (2016 edition) with bespoke amendments/variations.
