Framework Agreement for the Provision of Deep Cleaning, Hazardous Waste Removal

The Cleaning, Specialist Decontamination and Waste Disposal Framework ITT Ref RBKC 13500 RBKC is seeking to appoint up to two (2) suitably experienced, qualified and competent Contractors to its cleaning, specialist decontamination and waste disposal framework. The successful bidders will support and collaborate with RBKC’s Repairs Maintenance and Voids Services Team in providing the Works across RBKC’s portfolio of ten thousand (10,000) properties. RBKC’s requirements for the Works are set out in the Specification Documents which have been uploaded to the Portal. The Works will be delivered across the Borough and there will be no restrictions on geographical locations. Each of the Contractors will be expected to work collaboratively with RBKC and help to achieve sustainable improvements in the way in which the Works are provided. The estimated annual budget for the cleaning, specialist decontamination and waste disposal framework is two hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£250,000). Please note that this figure is an estimate and may be subject to change. Both Cleaning specialist cleaning companies and repairs contractors are welcome to apply. In accordance with the PCR 2015, the cleaning, specialist decontamination and waste disposal framework will run for a maximum term of four (4) years. RBKC will enter into the Framework Agreement with each of the appointed Contractors. The Framework Agreement shall be based on the JCT Measured Term Contract (2016 edition) with bespoke amendments/variations
