We are keen to explore technological innovation in the market that may support our drive for efficiency and quality Fleet Management Software The scope of the solution is anticipated to include: - Assets and equipment management; - Defect reporting from multiple sites; - Capacity to handle 30 users; - View exactly when and where each check was completed including time, date, photos, and signatures; - The application needs to be easy to input records and update service dates; - Manage of multiple sites, workshops from one centralised application; - Easily manage of workshop job scheduling and technician management; - Reduce paper and improve accessibility of documents; - Real-time visibility of overdue servicing or certification; - Required fields so information has to be inputted for vehicles on job cards i.e. mileages /hours; - A simple procedure for adding new vehicle service schedules /user friendly; - A drop-down list for service parts for 12m/6m services; - A dashboard for high level items –defects –overdue services – traffic light application; - Notifications for services due and overdue services to engineer’s location- e-mails Generated.
