Tender description

Highways England requires a specialist photography, film and aerial imagery supplier/s to source and manage the provision of film and photography, in support of the Corporate Affairs & Communications Directorate. Requirements are driven by Corporate Affairs & Communications Directorate across a range of themes, as follows: - Safety - Customer - Delivery - Innovation / technology - Social impact - Environment - Regional landscapes and landmarks - Public engagement - Staff and stakeholder engagement - Scheme progress updates and milestones - Press / media Film and photography content, across the above themes, is used to support the following projects and communication channels including but not limited to: - Corporate documents, including the Annual Report, Delivery Plan and investment strategies - Website - Public consultations - Industry and stakeholder exhibitions and presentations - Marketing campaigns - Social media - Employee engagement - Recruitment - Training Please refer to procurement documents for further information.
