The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will report directly to the Client Project Manager to ensure that cost independence and control is maintained. The QS will monitor financial progress and report against the project budget and work closely with the project architect to ensure budgetary control. Summary of Quantity Surveying Services The scope and nature of the duties to be carried out shall be those of a quantity surveyor. This brief amplifies the obligations of the QS and sets out specific services, which the QS shall perform. The Services shall include all other services which are to be reasonably implied from an NLHF capital heritage project.
