Summary of the work Advise JEWOSC personnel in the development and production of EWIR Model Data Output (MDO) working practices using the NIGHTHAWK application. There is currently no incumbent in the specialist MDO role. Early Market Engagement Not applicable Who Speclialist Work With The Specialist will work directly for the JEWOSC Parametric Data department What Specialists Work On Advise JEWOSC personnel in the development and production of EWIR Model Data Output (MDO) working practices using the NIGHTHAWK application. Skills & Experience • EWIR production specialist, specifically MDO, to include EIM, OEM and RTM, for complex emitters. • Expert level NIGHTHAWK specialist. Nice to Haves Experience of successful collaborative working in Defence Electronic Warfare and multi-supplier teams to deliver successful outcomes. Work Location Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Centre, RAF Waddington, LINCOLN. Working Arrangments Part time (2.5 days per week) from contract start to 31 Mar 2021. Security Clearance DV or equivalent required by contract commencement and throughout the contract term. Please contact the buying organisation to discuss any support required to facilitate clearances by contract start. Additional T&Cs The standard contract shall apply supplemented by the following: • IR35 Intermediaries Legislation does not apply; work is out of scope of IR35. • Payment via MOD CP&F electronic payment system shall be a mandatory requirement. • DEFCON 659A and a Security Aspects Letter. No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria • Ability to adapt to the demands of a fast-moving and complex environment. • Commitment to delivery in support of operations. • Demonstrate role model behaviour for knowledge sharing and transfer. • Demonstrates sound prioritisation skills. The contract length will be approximately 7 months. The contract expiry date shall be 31 Mar 2021 in line with the funding availability.
